sihat sihat selalu...

Salam....

Huhu... i have new target....
Sebenarnye... target y satu ni dah bertahun2 nak wat...
Tapi mesti separuh jalan...

Hehe... saya ingin kelihatan lebih sehat... n of course cantik will be included here...

Proses penurunan berat badan sedang berjalan...
Target penurunan until 55kg...
((semoga tercapai hasrat ku ini))

This year i've gained back 3kg...
From june until today, from 73 kg  saya berjaya turunkan till 68kg....
Selain pengambilan spirulina tuk maintain my health, saya mmg rajin minum green tea pd waktu mlm...
Cuma this time, penambahan acai berry setiap pagi dah jadi amalan saya semenjak bln july...
((well, based on scinetifc research there is no prove that acai berry can reduce body weight... but acai berry has been proved that it has high contain of antioxidant))

And saya juga berharap after puasa ni saya dpt meluangkan masa utk kembali berjogging setiap petang weekend...
((terpakse tidak berjogging cos my classes were on the weekend... afer class i felt very exhausted... --> alasan y tdk mahu berjogging (@__@!!! ))
This next sem only one class left... so hopefully berjaya tuk keluar berjogging...

Dan saya sedang mencari2 kls utk belajar berenang...
Tmpt y tlh di aim adlh di Uitm...
I know berenang is good exercise...
Not only for weight reducing, it can maintain our mass body n also good for asthma patient... --> the 1st reason is for asthma cos every month asyik kene attack je... jadi perlu berusaha tuk sehat....

History berat badan saya:
Primary school --> 45kg to 49kg
((konon2nye aktif ms sekolah.. i guessed most of the student pun mcm saya gak))
Matrix --> 50kg to 56kg... but managed to reduced till 54kg
((first time dok jauh dr umah... dr xmkn mlm n amik nasi.. hari ku telan nasi n mkn lewat mlm))
Uitm --> 54kg to 68kg... n berjaya turunkan blk ke 65kg
((mmg gagal control cara pemakanan y sehat... ikut suka hati mkn bile2 masa je))
Keje --> 64kg to 78kg... which i gained this within 2 years working here... but in 2010 managed to reduce until 70kg.. maintain this until March 2012... gained back 3kg...
((mereka kata... senang hati sgt ni.... aku kata... stress!!! mkn lg best!!))
